Where we live, we count on a couple of mild hurricanes and strong tropical storms to come on shore and inland each year as part of our needed rainfall. So we like the kind that just bring a lot of rain, without the flooding and wind damage. Part of our drought the last 2 years (which we seem to be out of) was the lack of any such storm.
